Tank Cleaning Services
AA Services offers both tank and industrial cleaning services. The cleaning services are carried out by AWS and AAS-ATE both companies being part of the AA Services group of companies.
AA Services uses the latest technology and automated tank cleaning system to deliver reliable reduced or no-man entry cleaning for a variety of tanks, such as:
- Large crude oil storage tanks
- Refinery vessels
- Platform supply vessels
- Barges
- Offshore tanks
Cleaning large crude oil storage tanks is primarily carried out by using powerful ATEX certified pumps and sophisticated sweeps submerged within the liquid phase of the tank. Whereas, smaller tanks such as Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) and offshore tanks are cleaned using the company’s own design of automated tank cleaning unit.
Industrial Cleaning
AA Services uses the latest technology to provide innovative and effective solutions for a wide range of industrial cleaning requirements i.e. water heaters, fin fan coolers, heat exchangers, diesel tanks and related confined spaces. AA Services, wherever possible, will use an automated system to reduce confined space entry and manual cleaning. Cleaning methods include:
- Ultra high pressure jetting
- Chemical cleaning
- Steam cleaning
- Use of micro emulsions to boost cleaning efficiency and reduce waste
AA Services complements its tank and industrial cleaning services with a variety of vacuum trucks for both liquid and dry powder.
